Read about the 5 Values of Hila the Killa, artist, performer, creator, heart spreader.
Through various forms of creative expression, she spreads messages about self love, acceptance, sex positivity, and Zero Waste lifestyle.
"To connect it to love, if I was just one love explosion- like how a firework appears in the sky and is gone, I don’t think I would make the same impact. What I really strive for is sustainability. How long can I keep this fire burning? How can I be resourceful and efficient so I can keep spreading hearts, spreading love, and also take care of the planet, rejuvenate the gifts that were given from the Earth, and take care of the Earth?"
"I’m passionate about Sustainability because there’s so much mindlessness. So it’s like I'm bringing awareness to plastic, because plastic is this thing we made. What we throw away defines us. How we move about this world and what we decide to take responsibility for, and what we decide to not to take responsibility for.
I think a lot of people, me included, have been going through life saying “I want change, I want people to respect each other, I want to see racism abolished” and getting angry with the government and the media, but not looking internally in the way that I operate in this world, and the way that I support businesses with my time and my money.
And so Zero Waste and trash mindfulness, it’s a way to hone in on every activity that you do as a human being in this planet and really being accountable for yourself."
"Being responsible for your impact, your actions, your moves, the thing you decide to do or say or not say. That’s very important to me especially as a performer and writer, choosing my words and ideas I want to express and making sure I’m not judging other people, or placing blame on other people. Constantly returning to the point of inner reflection. Introspection."

I interview Mukee, the Creator of The Pussy Talks about How it Started and what her 5 values are that led her to her purpose today.
"Every time we reject sex, our sexual energy, our body, we are rejecting Self. It is like a war with our natural sexual procreative force. I knew it, I felt it. The procreative force is absolutely the strongest force in existence in every atom of creation. It is the force that gets us up in the morning."
"Sex is the biggest taboo, the most repressed part of humanity. It’s the biggest healing for every human being to completely accept everything about them and the power of their sexual energy and the end of guilt, shame. So when there is total connection and acceptance of one’s sexual energy and how it is connected into everything, then the reality changes."
"There’s no freedom until we free ourselves from all of the contaminations we have against ourselves. it doesn’t matter where they came from, any thought or any underlying judgment of how you express your sexuality, whether you choose celibacy, celebrating yourself and every other expression with others."

On this special Mother’s Day, I interviewed Ruth Kim, the founder of Backed by Women.
Ruth is a powerhouse of energy and love. Dominant in the masculine sense of productivity and efficiency, she also fosters a unique feminine side fueled by desire, connection, and intuition. I have so much respect for this woman and am inspired by her story.
This interview dissects the 5 values of Backed By Women and how it came to be.
And together, we co-created the following Values Statement:
Rooted in LOVE, we allow ourselves to SURRENDER in CONNECTION with other women to discover our FEMININE power within and be fueled by our PURPOSE to change the world.

I found Aria Reed’s Instagram Page @happimethod just randomly browsing my feed one day. I commented on one of her many inspirational messages (MIND OVER MATTER) and soon enough we started talking through DM, and then emails back and forth. We bonded over the similarities of our background and how we had felt misunderstood growing up. We shared stories of strength and an inner knowing that we are exactly where we need to be today.
I’m greatly humbled by the universal forces of connecting with another kindred spirit who spreads the message through HappiMethod “Humans Are Not Broken” as reMINDme preaches “You Are Not Alone”
Within the underlying message lies a profound knowing that we as a collective human species are all in this together and that our Purpose is to pool our collective energy to transcend our pain into purpose, hate into love. Especially during this time.
So after Burning Man, I packed my bags and went to LA to meet the women I met on Instagram. We met at a lounge in North Hollywood and sat talking nonstop. It was around 11 PM when we realized we’ve been chatting for 9 hours straight! Looking back, it was the sort of conversation that naturally flowed into the greater picture of bigger possibilities. The belief that we can inspire humanity while we are learning what we are preaching all the same, gaining strength and support knowing that we aren’t alone along the way.
Below is the interview as Aria opens up about her beliefs and positive views for how we can all shape the reality we want to create.

I met Andrea Marz in Austin a couple weeks ago. For those who don't know her, you can say she's an interesting, deeply felt, slightly eccentric human being. I instantly connected with her energy. I did a Values Dissect with her over Chai Tea and she spoke about the importance of embodiment, expression, surrender, connection, and love as integral guiding and anchoring values in her life.

“And really what that means to me is feeling connected, to my physical body and where I’m at mentally. Being able to have thoughts that have them just as they are. Not attaching too much meaning to them, as well as being connected to my emotions. What am I feeling? And then feeling a connection to the world around me. So having all of the debris that keeps me separate dissolves. And that I’m able to have Right Response or just being able to respond with a conscious choice in every moment"
